10 Things You Need to Know About Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT is powerful new form of hypnotherapy, developed by leading therapist Marissa Peer. It integrates key aspects of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and NLP to provide you with a phenomenal level of insight and healing from a wide range of physical, emotional and mental issues.

RTT is uniquely empowering, and will set you free, quickly and permanently, from whatever has been holding you back; love, money, success, happiness, loss of direction, anxiety, addiction, stress etc.

Here's 10 things you need to know about RTT, and how I use it in my practice.

  1. I conduct RTT cycles. One cycle includes a 90-120 minute session, followed by 3 weeks of post-session support that ranges in approach, depending on the issue you need help with. I am passionately committed to your transformation and freedom, and will work with you closely until we have achieved it.

  2. Going into hypnosis during an RTT session is a wonderfully relaxing experience. There are no pendulums, stage hypnosis gimmicks or slight-of-hand. We use the science of REM and alpha brainwaves, in order to gently and safely take you down to a level of relaxation and insight that allows us to access the subconscious mind. You are always in control, and always aware. Hypnosis is not about being asleep, it's a profound calming of the nervous system and a quietening of the conscious, critical mind.

  3. The key aspect of RTT that makes it such a powerful form of therapy, is how we work together under hypnosis to identify the root cause of your presenting issue. Rather than simply offer hypnotic suggestions, the RTT process shines a light on what really lies beneath your issue, so that we can treat the 'real' cause. 9 times out of 10, these issues were created during the first 7 - 8 years of your life, when you were a child. Through careful integration of those three therapy techniques, we then intervene and disrupt any limiting beliefs that represent that root cause, and that have been causing you the pain, suffering or poor results ever since. Positively reframing them to then empower the transformation you want to achieve.

  4. Included - and essential - during each session, is a personalised, live audio recording (10 - 15 minute whilst under hypnosis) of your transformation. These are positive, empowering suggestions that we agree before the session, installed deep in your subconscious mind, to replace the old beliefs.

  5. For 21 days after the session, you must try and commit to listening to that recording for a minimum of 21 days. The principles of neuroplasticity dictate that it takes 21 days for new neural pathways to fully develop in the brain. Listening to your transformation recording helps to fully cement those new beliefs.

  6. RTT can be done both in-person, or over video conferencing such as Zoom, or Skype. It is equally effective through both means.

  7. In most cases, you'll only need one RTT cycle, but in some cases, depending on the nature of the issue, 3 or 4 sessions may be necessary.

  8. RTT can be used to address a wide spectrum of physical, emotional or mental issues, and will leave you quickly and permanently healed, and empowered with deep insights that will improve wider areas of your life.

  9. RTT is endorsed by the General Hypnotherapy Register, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the National and International Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the International Association of Complementary Therapists, the International Institute of Complementary Therapies and many other International bodies.

  10. I practice RTT as a certified RTT therapist in Beaconsfield, both as a standalone therapy for people looking for help with anxiety, help with stress and help with depression. I also use it as a vital tool for my coaching clients, to empower them with a level of clarity and emotional/mental freedom

As part of my service I offer a free discovery and strategy call to all my clients, that enables them to share their issue, what they'd like to achieve and make a confident decision as to whether or not I am the right therapist (or coach) they want work with. I strongly believe that a single conversation can change the course of a life, so please take advantage of this time with me, by clicking the link below.
